The Strong Bahamian Woman Podcast, our flagship program, was born as I recognized the power of the "Voice of Experience '' to shift, guide and inspire me to do and be more. I found that when I would speak to distinguished Bahamian Women about success and achievement, from a local as opposed to global view, they gave me the roadmap and strategies I needed to make progress here in The Bahamas. Their experience and comprehensive view of our culture, systems, opportunities and challenges gave me methods and mindset for growth and impact. I have dedicated myself to the transmission of knowledge and wisdom across generations to empower Bahamian Women to take their place and bring their power to build a Better, Brighter Bahamas for all.

• Foster Intergenerational Communication: We endeavor to cultivate an environment where the voices of all generations, particularly our esteemed Bahamian women, are heard, valued, and integrated into our collective vision for a brighter future.

• Celebrate Bahamian Role Models and Legacy: We will recognize the invaluable contributions of role models within our society; individuals who exemplify excellence, resilience and leadership. We plan to facilitate the means to give tribute to strong Bahamian Women that serve as beacons of inspiration for present and future generations.

• Elevate and Expand Opportunities for Bahamian Women. We are committed to dismantling the mental and social barriers that have hindered progress and limited potential of Bahamian women.
